    Are the accommodations all in the same building?
    Our accommodation are not all in the same building, they are inside multiple buildings in the historic centre of Santo Stefano di Sessanio.

    Are the lodgings in the historic center of Santo Stefano di Sessanio?
    Yes, all our lodgings are both in the upper part of the old town and in the lower part.

    Can I reach the property or accommodation by car?
    It is not possible to reach the property or the entrances of the accommodation by car because most of the historic centre of Santo Stefano di Sessanio is pedestrian.
    It is possible to arrive by car about 40 meters from the entrance to our reception.

    Are there any parking areas close to the lodgings?
    Yes, both in the case of reception/accommodation located in the highest part of the village and in the case of those in the lower part, the nearest parking areas are at a maximum distance of 50 meters.
    The car parks are public, unguarded, free of charge and without the right to book.

    Do apartments have independent entrances?
    Yes, all our apartments have private and independent entrances.
    The reception is only a reference point for our guests and not a point of access to the accommodation.


    Are housing accessible to people with disabilities?
    No, unfortunately, our accommodations, that respect the original characteristics of the buildings that house them, are not suitable for a clientele with reduced motor skill.
    In fact, it is very frequent the presence of both internal and external stairs.

    From what time is it possible to take accommodation on the day of arrival and by what time should it be left on the day of departure?
    Accommodation, on the day of arrival, is usually delivered from 03:00 Pm to 08:00 Pm, if there is availability, it is possible, upon prior agreement with the reception staff, to advance arrival at 12:00 p.m.
    On the day of departure, you can leave accommodation from 08:30 until 11:00.
    Any early or postponed departures, may be agreed with the reception staff.

    Does the property has a Consierge service?
    Yes, within our property there is a concierge service available for our guests for all their needs such as booking tickets, organization of transfer with cars with private drivers and much more.

    Is there a babysitting service available?
    Yes, the babysitting service is available upon reservation, for more details on availability and costs please contact our reception.

    Is it possible to bring pets?
    Yes, it is allowed to bring pets upon notice to the reception staff.
    In order to avoid unpleasant circumstances, that we had in the past, our property has adopted a regulation concerning the stay of animals within our accommodation.
    The stay of any animals is also subject to the acceptance of the appropriate regulation which is forwarded directly by the reception staff.

    Is smoking allowed in accommodation?
    No, within all our spaces, smoking is not allowed.

    Is breakfast included?
    Breakfast is always included, except for special rates that expressly do not provide.

    What kind of breakfast is it?
    Breakfast is defined as Self Catering, so everything you need is prepared inside the accommodation and guests are totally self-employed in preparing it.
    On request it is possible to have products dedicated to people with particular food intolerances (gluten-free, lactose-free foods, etc.)

    Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included?
    Yes, bed linen and towels are always included.
    The daily rearrangement of the accommodation is not comfortable, every two days a check of the accommodation is carried out in order to change any towels, beds and the addition of products for the breakfast.

    Do the apartments have internet connection?
    Yes, in all areas of our property you can use our premium Wi-Fi internet connection without limitation in upload and download.

    Is heating included?
    Yes, heating and all consumption are always included, the accommodation are delivered already warm.

    Does the property has an in-house restaurant?
    No, at the moment our property does not has an internal restaurant but uses the collaboration of restaurants present in the village.

    What are the nearest train stations?
    The nearest railway stations are Pescara and Roma Tiburtina railway stations.

    What are the nearest airports?
    The nearest airports are:
    - Abruzzo Airport - Pescara
    - Rome Ciampino Airport
