Our Accomodations

Apartment fo Family

Located in the highest part of the historic center of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, the  accommodations for family, Sotto L'Arco & Gigi, are in the same building as our reception.

The apartment Sotto L'Arco is divided on two levels, on the ground floor has a large living room with kitchenette and fireplace, while on the upper floor there are three bedrooms, two of which are double and one with a French bed, and a bathroom with shower.

The accommodation has a view of the valley below the village.
The accommodation Gigi is divided on one level and consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, and the bathroom with shower. The accommodation has a view of the street below.

Superior Apartment

Located in the lower part of the historic center of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, the accommodations of CategoriaSurior Lauro and Milena are divided on two levels and represent a particular example of recovery conservative, almost total, of the building that houses them.

Inside, they are equipped, on the ground floor, with a large living room, with kitchenette and stone vault and on the first floor of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The accommodations are equipped with wi-fi internet connection, central heating, color TV and a practical coffee station with semi-automatic espresso machine Nespresso brand, water kettle and a selection of teas, herbal teas and coffee. Both apartments have a view of a small private courtyard.

Classic Accommodations

Located in the highest part of the historic center of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, on the first floor and second floor of the same building as our reception, the Classic Swallows and Le Travi, are articulated on a single level. Inside, they are equipped with a large living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The accommodations are equipped with wi-fi internet connection, central heating, color TV and a practical coffee station with espresso machine, kettle for hot water and a selection of teas, herbal teas and coffee. Both apartments have a view of the Arches Street below.
